"From Protest To Resistance" - The brand new full-lenght album by Berlin’s finest political skatepunks ZSK proves the expectations as promised by the title: 13 raring Punk Rock hymns full of energy and conviction and an explicit message! After the German debut-album "Riot Radio" (2002) which was loved likewise by fans, critics and musicians, the EP "If Liberty Means Anything At All" (released May 2004) and never ending life on the road all over Europe (more than 200 shows) the four-piece from the German capitol is ready to enter the champions league of European Punk Rock bands.

Produced by Flo V. Schwarz (Pyogenesis) and recorded in the legendary Horus- Sound-Studios in Hannover where bands like The Rolling Stones , HIM or Donots already banned their music onto tapes, "From Protest To Resistance" was given a sound like a punch in the face. During the studio sessions Donots -guitarplayer Guido Knollmann and former Waterdown -singer Marcel Bischoff came around to support ZSK with their voices. As a result the world of Punk Rock can be happy to have a new brilliant community-song: "We Are The Kids" . Supporting Anti-Flag on their sold-out European tour in 2003 and further tours in 2003/04 with The (International) Noise Conspiracy , Donots , Venerea and Terrorgruppe as well as support shows for bands like The Distillers , U.S. Bombs , Agnostic Front or The Exploited plus tons of shows during benefit-concerts, in squats, autonomous clubs and festivals helped ZSK to form a big and loyal fan community. Upcoming shows in 2005 will make the crowd grow constantly and spread ZSK ’s political message more and more.

The whole summer of 2005 is already fully booked for the band and amongst others they are going to play several shows with Germany’s biggest Punk band Die Toten Hosen, Bad Religion and shows at the Berlinova, Rock For People Open Air in Prague and With Full Force Festival . All in all more than 200.000 people are going to see ZSK only within this summer!
